Detox Water

I don't know about you guys, but it's very difficult for me to consume the recommended 8 glasses of water daily.  I've discovered that adding delicious fruits to my water has really increased my water intake and is a great way for me to flush out all the toxins from my body and helps burn fat.  Here's what I've been adding to my detox water:

* 2 slices of lemons - helps flushes harmful toxins from your body
* 2 slices of oranges - aids with blood circulation
* 1/2 cucumber - contains anti-inflammatory properties and prevents water retention
* 2 sliced strawberries - contains anthocyanins which stimulate the burning of stored fat
* 3 mint leaves - aids in digestion

I usually drink my detox water from my tumblr my company provided me.  Try not to refill your water with the same fruit over 24 hours since the fruit won't be as fresh.  And remember to incorporate your detox water to a healthy diet to maximize slimming results!
